The Village of Taunton Mills is a vibrant community hub in Whitby, located at the corner of Brock St. and Taunton Road. Here, residents of both Long-term Care and Retirement frequently welcome neighbours for events, and our shared community park brings together people of all ages, creating a lively and inclusive atmosphere.

Independent Living

Our Independent Living Apartments are perfect for those who want to enjoy an active and fulfilling life without worrying about household chores, as housekeeping and linen laundry are included. You can choose from spacious one or two-bedroom suites with a full kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer. You have the flexibility to prepare your own meals, add a meal plan, or dine occasionally at The Ruby on the 10th floor for a full restaurant experience.

Retirement Apartments

In our Retirement Apartments, you’ll enjoy a spacious apartment with a kitchenette, featuring a full-size fridge and microwave, along with an in-suite washer and dryer. Lunch and dinner are included, as well as weekly housekeeping and linen laundry, with additional services available for purchase.

Retirement Neighbourhood

Our Full-Service Retirement Neighbourhood supports your independence with a range of services. All Williamsburg suites have a kitchenette and are located on the Main Floor with a beautiful walk-out patio. Residents benefit from all the amenities and events on Main Street, keeping the community lively and engaging.

Assisted Living

For those needing more assistance, our Egerton Assisted Care Neighbourhood offers a higher level of support with daily living activities. Our dedicated team will help you continue living a meaningful and purposeful life. Your studio or one-bedroom suite includes a convenient kitchenette, and you’ll have access to all Village amenities and activities on Main Street.

Memory Care

Emma’s Neighbourhood is specially designed for residents with memory loss, offering care and recreation programs tailored for those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia. Residents enjoy private time in their studio or one-bedroom suite, as well as access to gathering spaces and programs within the Neighbourhood and the larger Village.
