Our independent living services include a choice of studio and one-bedroom suites with kitchenettes, three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, linen service, and access to all activities and amenities. Residents can also benefit from our Care Assist Program, which provides personalized à la carte and inclusive packages of health services, including assistance with medication management and daily routines. We offer an on-call nurse, physician, blood pressure clinic, foot care, and visiting massage therapist to help you age in place comfortably.

Care Assist Program

Chartwell’s Care Assist Program is designed to provide customized care services for your unique healthcare needs, from light to heavy care. This program includes short-term accommodation for respite, recovery, or trial stays in our residence.
