Palliative Care

Affordable Unit Program

The Alexander Muskoka Residence offers 30 affordable studio units. Housing is considered “affordable” if it costs less than 30% of a household’s before-tax income. To qualify, the threshold is $40K or less based on your Notice of Assessment (NOA).
