Features and Services

  • Modern Design & Quality of Life: Our home prioritizes residents’ quality of life with evidence-informed infection prevention, control measures, and modern design.

  • Room Options: The majority of our rooms are private, with semi-private rooms featuring separate bedrooms and shared bathrooms. We also have specially designed rooms to support bariatric resident needs.

  • Specialized Behavioural Unit: The second floor includes a specialized behavioural unit with access to a secure rooftop terrace.

  • Dialysis Unit: A nine-station dialysis unit on the first floor provides residents and community members access to dialysis treatment in a comfortable home setting.

  • Socialization Features: Landscaped courtyard, four balconies per floor, hair salon, great room, gift shop, and multiple gathering lounges to promote socialization.

Visiting Policy

Visits by family, friends, and essential partners-in-care are important for the emotional well-being of our residents.

  • Visitors are welcome at any mutually agreed-upon time by the resident.

  • Visits may be restricted to prevent the spread of infection.

  • All visitors must enter and exit through the main entrance and complete the visitor log.

  • Please be mindful of other residents' need for privacy and rest during visits.

Resident and Family Council

Our Resident and Family Council plays a crucial role in achieving excellent care by addressing concerns, providing feedback, and collaborating with our administration and leadership teams.
