Northridge is a 133-bed long-term care home that offers a compassionate and supportive environment tailored to the needs of its residents. With a mix of 79 private rooms and 53 basic rooms, the residence provides 24-hour nursing care delivered by registered nurses, ensuring that residents receive attentive medical oversight and assistance with daily living activities. The home is dedicated to pain and symptom management, as well as end-of-life care, fostering a dignified and respectful approach to health care. The community is designed to enhance the quality of life for residents through a variety of essential services and engaging programs. Residents benefit from housekeeping, laundry services, meals, personal hygiene supplies, and medical equipment such as catheters and wound care supplies. Staff are available to assist with medication management and daily activities, helping to maintain residents' comfort and independence. Recreational and social programs are also offered, enriching the lives of residents and promoting social interaction. Northridge features five distinct resident communities, each accommodating no more than 29 residents. This thoughtful design includes dedicated dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms, dens, sunrooms, and outdoor gardens, creating a home-like atmosphere where residents can thrive. Additional services such as restorative and rehabilitation programs, individualized care planning by registered dietitians, and a range of therapeutic activities—including music therapy, art classes, and horticultural activities—are available to enhance residents' well-being. The home also welcomes friendly pet visitations and offers spiritual programs, ensuring that residents' emotional and social needs are met alongside their medical care.
