The residence features a diverse range of accommodations, including 153 private beds, 50 semi-private beds, and 134 basic beds, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with personalized attention. Access to a doctor and various health professionals is readily available, facilitating ongoing medical oversight and comprehensive care. The home is dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life through essential services such as laundry, housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene supplies, and medical equipment, including catheters, ostomy bags, and wound care supplies. Staff members are committed to assisting with medication management and activities of daily living, fostering an atmosphere of dignity and respect. Additionally, residents can engage in a variety of recreation and social programs, promoting an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Kipling Acres also offers a range of additional services and facilities designed to support residents' health and well-being. These include dental care, foot care, hairdressing, pastoral care, and physiotherapy. For those needing temporary relief for their caregivers, the home provides short-stay care with two private beds, allowing for respite of up to 90 days per year, all while ensuring access to the same services as long-stay residents. Furthermore, the Transitional Behavioural Support Unit (TBSU) with 17 beds caters to individuals requiring specialized support. The Adult Day Program further enriches the community, offering structured activities and social engagement.
